Using it with a thermal laminator

●Lamination: Place the thermal lamination film on the printings.

●Hot-Pressure: Lamination is performed on the heated rollers of the laminator at a suitable temperature (e.g., 105-115°C) and pressure.

●Activation and Bonding: Heating melts the "dormant" EVA adhesive layer. Under pressure, the adhesive flows and forms an instantaneous, uniform bond with the printed surface.

●Cooling and Curing: Upon cooling, the adhesive re-cures. The thermal lamination film is permanently fused with the printed material, forming a strong, unified whole.
