Digital transfer foil fusing series has hot stamping effect without mould. It transfers image on the paper surface, which is printed by digital toner printer.
Different patterns have different unique effects in spot locations or full coverage. The foil fusing can be used up to 3~4 times!

How to transfer the Toner foil correctly?
1.Use toner digital printer to print 100% black on area that you want effect;
2.laminate silver hot sleeking film on 1st step paper with Rewind Hot Laminator;
3.Full page colorful toner digital printing on 2nd step hot stamping effect paper;
4.And here is final hot stamping solution effect.

The foil is featured of the glossy colors and brightness in out-looking,as well the stable release-application,and thermo-stability;it is apporiate for the appliction of full transfer,pattern printing process and smog foil printing,colors is available of the silver,gold,balck and other metallic colors;
Packing:12micron*60inch*3000m/Roll,outside wrapped with the foam film and then put into the corrugated paper-board carton;

Storage:Pease store the foil against the pressure and heat and moisture,better to keep in the palce ventilated;
Application Suggestion:
1)The good match of the substrate fabrics and foil style willl be easy to apply the printing;
2)Choose the apporiate printing speed and dry-temp for the glues when processing;
3)Foil-printing temperature:~110 Celsius degress;
