(1) Rubber roller pressure is not enough, should be appropriate to increase the pressure.

(2) The glue on the pre-coating film is not melted completely and can be solved by the following methods.

① appropriate to improve the film temperature.

② increase the contact area of the film and the heating roller, so that the same speed of the adhesive on the film heated to increase the degree of melting.

③ reduce the coating speed.

(3) There are dusts and impurities on the coated surface of the pre-coating film, which should be promptly removed.
