PRODUCT DETAILS
Digital transfer foil fusing series has hot stamping effect without mould. It transfers image on the paper surface, which is printed by digital toner printer.
Different patterns have different unique effects in spot locations or full coverage. The foil fusing can be used up to 3~4 times!

How to transfer the Toner foil correctly?
1.Use toner digital printer to print 100% black on area that you want effect;
2.laminate silver hot sleeking film on 1st step paper with Rewind Hot Laminator;
3.Full page colorful toner digital printing on 2nd step hot stamping effect paper;

-For the hot coding foil: The width, the length, the color, the quantity and the type.
-For the hot ink roller: The outer diameter, the height, the color, the quantity and your printing temperature.
-For the coding machine: The type and the quantity.
-For the sealing machine:The type and the quantity.
-The destination port.
-The shipping term: By sea, by air or by courier.
Q3. What’s the usage and what medium are they used for?
-Usually for pharmaceutical, food, packaging industries to print expiration date and batch / lot number.
-Suitable medium: AL, PP, PET, PVC, PE, PS ect.
Q4. Can I get the sample free of charge?
-Yes, we could provide you the samples free of charge under your account number in express company, usually 2 rolls ofeach size, but for samples just the usual sizes such as: 25mm*100m, 30mm*100m, 35mm*100m ect. After you confirm our quality, in the coming order, we can make any size for you asspecial requirements.
