 In recent years, there has been a solution to the problem of heavy silicone oil coating that has been bothering printing companies that own Xerox and HP digital printing machinery.

Color digital printing technology brings new problems. Color digital printing brings great convenience to printing companies in the pre-press and printing processes, but it also brings great challenges to the post-press process. One of the most prominent ones is the problem of color digital printing lamination, which has always troubled digital printing companies. As we all know, since most digital printing equipment uses electrostatic and toner imaging technology, silicone oil must be added during fixation. Especially when printing large-area dark patterns, the amount of silicone oil is larger, and the anti-adhesion is very strong, so that traditional coating technologies (water-based, oil-based, glue-free films, etc.) cannot be applied to solve the problem. Although ordinary pre-coated films can be barely laminated under thickening of the adhesive layer and special hot laminating operations, the low bonding strength and the problem of bubbles, whitening and other phenomena cannot be solved when facing impact processes such as indentation processes.
