What is BOPP thermal laminated film?

BOPP thermal laminated film is mainly made of BOPP base film + EVA glue.

We use an extrusion coating process to combine these two layers.

The product comes in two categories: gloss/clear and matte/opacity, both of which have thicknesses ranging from 17 microns to 28 microns.

It can range from 200mm to 2100mm and length from 200m (1-inch core, 25mm) to 4500m (3-inch core, 76mm)

In the final film, one side has the properties of a BOPP film and the other side becomes a thermally sensitive surface for dry lamination or thermal lamination.

Usage:

2) Any type of box, such as: Gift box.

3) Pharmaceuticals, advertising, cosmetics, digital printing and display boards or boxes.
