Dumb & Dumber is quite possibly one of the funniest

Synopsis Life couldn't be simpler for Llyod Christmas (Jim Carrey) and Harry Dunne (Jeff Daniels). Llyod drives his limo everyday and Harry works as a mobile pet groomer but their earnings barely pay the bills. When Llyod lands a job driving Mary Swanson (Lauren Holly) to the airport, suddenly Llyod and Harry's life changes. Llyod quickly realizes that he is in love with Mary and tells her all about his plans of starting a worm farm with Harry. Llyod and Mary say their goodbyes at the airport and just as Llyod is pulling away he notices that Mary forgot her briefcase at the airport. Not wanting anything to happen to the briefcase of his new love, Llyod rushes into the airport and grabs the briefcase so that he can return it and see Mary one more time. When Llyod returns to his apartment he tells Harry that they need to go to Aspen to return the briefcase to Mary. Skeptical at first, Harry eventually agrees to go with Llyod because he sees how important this is to him. So Harry and Llyod set out on their adventure across the country unaware that they are being followed by the individuals who were supposed to pick up the briefcase at the airport. The adventure that Llyod and Harry go on across the country is nonstop laughs. During their travels they throw the briefcase during a fight and it breaks open revealing the cash that was locked inside. Due to lack of planning the two realize they could really use some money since they didn't bring any with them but promise to pay back every cent. Of course with very little self control the two friends end up buying expensive cars and fancy ski equipment. There is even a scene where they are using cash to blow their noses during a sad commercial on television. The two arrive in Aspen, find Mary and return the briefcase with the few remaining dollars. The ending of the film leaves a little to be desired but I won't spoil it for those who haven't seen it. Film Review What more can be said about Dumb & Dumber than it is truly one of the best comedies ever made. Let me preface this by saying since the word dumb is in the title twice you should expect plenty of dumb. Not only is the movie well written the comedy team of Carrey and Daniels is absolutely amazing. The Farrelly Brothers were the brains behind the writing and directing of Dumb & Dumber. The team would go onto create Shallow Hal, Stuck on You and There's Something About Mary. Jim Carrey's career would be set in 1994 when the movie was released as it was also the release year entertainment hit Ace Ventura: Pet Detective. It marked the best year of Carrey's career. Dumb & Dumber is just one of the over 30 Jim Carrey movies that have been created to date.
